Welcome to WalkonCloud.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WalkonCloud's website, web app, waitlist, and related services (together, the "Services").

WalkonCloud, LLC ("WalkonCloud," "we," "our," or "us") operates an experience discovery and planning platform that helps families find, save, and organize family-friendly experiences, outings, and itineraries.

Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account, signing in, joining the waitlist, clicking "Continue," clicking "Join the Waitlist," or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Services.

1. About WalkonCloud

WalkonCloud helps parents and families discover experiences, save ideas, create simple plans or itineraries, and get inspired by other families.

WalkonCloud may include experience listings, maps, directions, photos, reviews, itineraries, recommendations, third-party links, external provider links, "Book on Web" buttons, and other planning-related content.

WalkonCloud does not own, operate, control, or provide the experiences listed on the platform. Unless otherwise stated, experiences are provided by independent third parties, venues, businesses, public locations, parks, attractions, contributors, or other external providers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Services on your own behalf.

WalkonCloud is intended for use by parents and adults. Children under 13 may not create accounts or submit personal information through the Services.

If you allow a minor to use WalkonCloud under your supervision, you are responsible for that minor's use of the Services and for ensuring that such use complies with these Terms.

3. Waitlist and Early Access

WalkonCloud may offer a waitlist, beta, preview, or early-access version of the Services.

By joining the waitlist, you agree that we may contact you about launch updates, early access invitations, product updates, and related WalkonCloud communications.

Early-access features may be incomplete, experimental, unavailable, changed, or removed at any time. We may limit access to certain users, regions, or features while we test and improve the Services.

4. Platform Scope

WalkonCloud is an experience discovery and planning platform.

You may use WalkonCloud to browse experiences, save ideas, create itineraries, view maps, read or submit reviews, and organize plans for personal or family use.

WalkonCloud is not a travel agency, tour operator, booking agent, broker, ticketing provider, payment processor, or experience provider.

WalkonCloud does not guarantee that any listed experience will be available, safe, suitable, accurate, open, accessible, or appropriate for your family.

You are responsible for confirming all important details directly with the experience provider, venue, official website, or other reliable source before visiting, booking, purchasing, or relying on any information shown through WalkonCloud.

5. Book on Web, External Links, and No Direct Bookings or Payments

WalkonCloud may display external links or buttons, including "Book on Web," that direct users to third-party websites, provider pages, ticketing pages, booking pages, maps, or other external services.

WalkonCloud does not directly process bookings, payments, reservations, tickets, refunds, cancellations, or financial transactions.

Any booking, reservation, purchase, ticket, payment, refund, cancellation, communication, or transaction made through a third-party website or provider happens outside WalkonCloud and is governed by that third party's terms, policies, and practices.

WalkonCloud is not responsible for:

  • third-party bookings or purchases

  • ticketing, pricing, availability, or admission rules

  • refunds, cancellations, disputes, chargebacks, or provider policies

  • communications or agreements between you and third parties

  • issues that occur before, during, or after a third-party experience

  • the accuracy, security, privacy practices, or availability of third-party websites or services

If you choose to book, purchase, visit, contact, or interact with a third-party provider, you do so at your own discretion and risk.

6. User Responsibilities

When using WalkonCloud, you agree to:

  • provide accurate and current information

  • use the Services only for lawful purposes

  • respect other users, contributors, providers, and families

  • avoid submitting false, misleading, harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content

  • avoid uploading content that infringes another person's rights

  • avoid impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation

  • avoid interfering with or disrupting the Services

  • avoid copying, scraping, reselling, or exploiting WalkonCloud content, data, or platform functionality

  • avoid using bots, scripts, crawlers, or automated methods to access or interact with the Services without our permission

  • comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services if we believe a user has violated these Terms or misused the platform.

7. User Content

WalkonCloud may allow you to create, upload, save, submit, publish, or share content, including experiences, itineraries, reviews, ratings, notes, photos, comments, profile information, feedback, and other materials ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content to WalkonCloud, you grant WalkonCloud a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, publish, promote, and otherwise use your User Content in connection with operating, improving, marketing, and providing the Services.

This license allows WalkonCloud to show your content on the platform, make it available to other users where applicable, create previews or summaries, promote public content, and improve the product.

You are responsible for your User Content. By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • you have the rights needed to submit and share it

  • it does not violate any law or third-party rights

  • it is not false, misleading, abusive, defamatory, obscene, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate

  • it does not contain private information about others without permission

  • it does not contain content that exploits, harms, or endangers children

WalkonCloud does not pre-screen all User Content and does not guarantee its accuracy, quality, safety, or appropriateness.

We may remove, hide, edit, restrict, or refuse to display User Content at our discretion, including if we believe it violates these Terms, creates risk, is reported by users, or may harm WalkonCloud or others.

8. Public and Shared Content

Some content on WalkonCloud may be public or shareable, including published itineraries, reviews, profile details, photos, and experience-related content.

If you publish or share content, other users may view, save, copy, adapt, or use it for inspiration or planning, depending on the features available.

Do not publish content that you want to keep private.

WalkonCloud is not responsible for how other users use publicly available or shared content.

9. Reviews, Ratings, and Recommendations

WalkonCloud may allow users to submit or view reviews, ratings, recommendations, itineraries, and other family experience content.

Reviews, ratings, itineraries, and recommendations reflect the opinions or experiences of the users or contributors who submit them. They do not necessarily reflect the views of WalkonCloud.

WalkonCloud does not guarantee that reviews, ratings, itineraries, or user-submitted content are accurate, complete, current, representative, or suitable for every family.

If content is sponsored, paid, promotional, or otherwise materially connected to WalkonCloud, we may label it where required.

10. Experience Information, AI-Assisted Content, and Third-Party Content

WalkonCloud may display information from users, contributors, third-party providers, public sources, Google Maps, Google Places, venue websites, or other external sources.

This information may include names, addresses, hours, photos, descriptions, ratings, reviews, pricing, availability, maps, directions, distance estimates, and other experience-related details.

Experience information may be created, edited, summarized, or organized by WalkonCloud, including with research and AI assistance. This content is provided for general discovery and planning purposes only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or subject to change.

You should confirm hours, pricing, availability, accessibility, rules, closures, booking requirements, and other important details directly with the provider, venue, official website, or other reliable source before visiting, booking, purchasing, or relying on any information shown through WalkonCloud.

Photos and other media shown through the Services may come from third-party sources, including Google Places, venue pages, providers, users, contributors, or other external sources. WalkonCloud does not claim ownership of third-party photos or media unless expressly stated.

Third-party photos and media may be subject to copyright, attribution requirements, license terms, provider terms, Google Maps Platform terms, or other third-party rights and restrictions. WalkonCloud may display attribution or source information where required or available.

Experience information may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unavailable, or subject to change.

Before relying on any experience information, you should verify important details directly with the provider, venue, official website, or other reliable source.

WalkonCloud does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, listing, provider, venue, experience, recommendation, map result, route, review, photo, media, or external website.

11. Maps, Directions, and Location Information

WalkonCloud may provide maps, directions, routes, distance estimates, location information, or other navigation-related features.

Maps, directions, routes, distance estimates, and location information may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or affected by third-party data sources.

You are responsible for using your own judgment, checking current conditions, and verifying routes, safety, accessibility, parking, hours, closures, traffic, weather, and other relevant details before traveling.

WalkonCloud is not responsible for errors or issues related to maps, routes, directions, distance estimates, location data, or navigation decisions.

12. Safety and Assumption of Risk

Family outings, travel, outdoor activities, public places, events, parks, attractions, and other experiences may involve risks.

You are responsible for deciding whether an experience is safe, suitable, accessible, age-appropriate, and appropriate for your family.

You are responsible for checking conditions, weather, hours, rules, restrictions, accessibility, supervision needs, health considerations, required equipment, costs, and other relevant details before participating in an experience.

WalkonCloud does not guarantee the safety, quality, suitability, accessibility, or enjoyment of any experience.

WalkonCloud is not intended to provide emergency, safety-critical, medical, legal, or professional advice.

You use WalkonCloud and participate in any experience at your own discretion and risk.

13. Intellectual Property

WalkonCloud and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including the platform, software, design, branding, trademarks, logos, visual elements, text, graphics, and original content, except for User Content and third-party content.

Photos, map content, place information, provider information, ratings, reviews, and other third-party materials displayed through the Services remain the property of their respective owners or licensors and may be subject to separate third-party terms, attribution requirements, and usage restrictions.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, scrape, reproduce, or create derivative works based on WalkonCloud's Services, content, design, data, or intellectual property without our prior written permission.

Subject to these Terms, WalkonCloud grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial use.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by WalkonCloud.

14. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that we collect, use, and share information as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, maps, booking pages, provider pages, social media pages, or other external services.

Third-party services are not controlled by WalkonCloud. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, security, privacy practices, terms, policies, or actions.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

16. Changes to the Services

WalkonCloud is still developing and improving.

We may add, modify, suspend, remove, limit, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee that any feature, listing, itinerary, account, content, or service will remain available.

17. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services if we believe that:

  • you violated these Terms

  • you misused the Services

  • your activity creates risk or potential harm

  • we are required to do so by law

  • continuing to provide access is no longer commercially, legally, or technically feasible

You may stop using the Services at any time.

Some information may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

18. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WalkonCloud disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

WalkonCloud does not guarantee that:

  • the Services will always be available or error-free

  • listings or experience information will be accurate, complete, current, or reliable

  • AI-assisted, summarized, curated, or edited content will be accurate, complete, current, or reliable

  • maps, routes, directions, or distance estimates will be accurate

  • User Content or third-party content will be appropriate or reliable

  • third-party photos, media, provider information, ratings, or reviews will be accurate, authorized, available, or free of third-party rights

  • any experience will be safe, available, suitable, accessible, enjoyable, or appropriate for your family

  • any provider, venue, booking page, or external service will operate properly

  • any defects or errors will be corrected

You use the Services at your own discretion and risk.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WalkonCloud, LLC, its founders, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, use, or other intangible losses.

This includes damages arising from or related to:

  • your use of or inability to use the Services

  • reliance on listings, maps, routes, reviews, recommendations, itineraries, AI-assisted content, or third-party content

  • reliance on photos, media, provider information, ratings, reviews, maps, or other third-party materials displayed through the Services

  • participation in or travel to any experience

  • third-party websites, providers, bookings, payments, or transactions

  • unauthorized access, data loss, errors, interruptions, or service issues

  • content submitted by users or third parties

  • safety issues, injuries, losses, delays, cancellations, closures, or other problems related to third-party experiences or locations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WalkonCloud's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

  • the amount you paid to WalkonCloud for the Services in the 12 months before the claim arose, or

  • USD $100

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

20. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WalkonCloud, LLC, its founders, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, service providers, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to:

  • your use of the Services

  • your User Content

  • your violation of these Terms

  • your violation of any law or third-party right

  • your interaction with third-party providers, experiences, websites, or services

  • any booking, purchase, visit, communication, or transaction you make with a third party

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice, such as by email or through the Services.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
